Refunds and Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of an item to notify us that you wish to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To return your items, they must be packaged so that they are protected from damage in transit, to be returned to us in resaleable condition making sure to clearly display your returns number on your packaging.
  • Returns will be inspected once received and if deemed a resaleable condition, be refunded within 7 days.

Refunds

The outward and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. And for the sheet vinyl (which is cut to size) we also charge a 20% restocking fee. For this reason, we recommend ordering samples to ensure the product is right for you before committing. We realsie the shipping costs and restocking fee will absorb a great deal of the refund and this is distressing.

Damaged Goods

Please check your delivery on arrival to see if it has any damage. If your item arrives damaged in any way you must report it in under 14 days as that is the length of time the transit insurance will cover damage caused during the delivery process.

Returns Procedure

  • Please contact us to obtain a returns number within 14 days of receiving your order. You must then return your order within 14 days of notification. To do this please email [email protected] and include your order number and reason for return in your email.
  • If the goods arrived damages you will recieve a full refund including all shipping costs.

Returns Conditions

  • Bespoke items such as vinyl, cut to order products will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • If you have over ordered and wish to return your extra packs of flooring there is no restocking fee for full packs.
  • Items must be returned in resaleable, unopened, unmarked, and undamaged condition.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns accepted Mon to Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm.
